what is covered

1. Day 1: One workshop with Pramod to create your goals.
2. Day 2,3,4,5 – Four days practice day 2 to Day 5 – Level 1 to Level 4 practice, with all regular participants of Vision-Achieved, to experience the daily practice
3. Day 6: One to One with Pramod to review impact of practice.
4. Day 7: One to one to create future goals.
